Anne Renfrew Lepesant
Anne received her AB from Princeton University and her MBA from INSEAD in France. She has over 20 years’ experience in finance, both in France and the U.S. She speaks English, French and Spanish.
An all-Ivy League tennis player at Princeton, Anne has focused on helping high-level European student-athletes who aspire to play their sports at college in the United States as they navigate the often-complicated and confusing recruiting process. For the last ten years, she has placed several dozen student-athletes in France, Greece, Monaco, Italy, and the United Kingdom in sports such as swimming, diving, tennis, soccer, basketball, rowing, squash, track & field, baseball, and gymnastics. She recently expanded her practice to include clients from the United States.
Having been involved in the admission process for both Princeton and INSEAD from 1998 through 2018, Anne is well-versed in what it takes to be admitted to elite universities. Her approach takes into account the student-athlete’s academic, athletic, financial, and geographic aspirations, as she seeks to attain the best college fit for each client.
When not working with student-athletes, Anne is a senior writer for SwimSwam where she covers swimming and water polo, from age-group level competitions to the Olympic Games. She has developed personal relationships with hundreds of college and club coaches, both in the United States and throughout Europe.
